You’ll often be:
Leading client engagements on all things XR related to worker experiences. From helping identify key risks and considerations to evaluating and measuring the business value. You will help Accenture be a trusted advisor for our clients’ C-Suite.
Advising our clients on their XR immersive worker journey. Starting with contributing to and utilizing thought leadership to outline the market to concepting and delivering demos help show the value. You will then support the creation of the approach and assist in delivering measurable business value.
Developing written and oral sales opportunities for the Metaverse Worker team- business development and proposals.
Delivering Metaverse Worker capability implementations, supporting the design of environments and setting up, configuring, and deploying XR hardware and software.
Driving development of XR related assets (marketing materials, showcase environments, demos, technology & standards outlook).

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
Minimum of 5+ years’ demonstrated experience understanding assessing and analyzing industry or enterprise challenges in XR, identifying new opportunities, and explaining how an XR offering provides objective value
Minimum of 5+ years’ exemplifying strong communication skills and comfortability explaining new and complex scenarios and solutions in a simple, logical manner that addresses varying mid-level leadership audiences in large enterprises
Minimum of 3+ years’ experience setting up, configuring, deploying XR hardware and software and ability to explain the limitations and considerations when developing a technology strategy for our clients
Minimum of 5+ years selling and delivering Strategy / Consulting / Implementation Services
Understanding of the various software solutions offered in the XR industry that are geared towards development of soft skills, hard skills, and/or collaboration.
Experience leveraging XR technologies to deliver production ready solutions
Ability to sell and market products/offerings as well as project manage their deployments
Prior Management Consulting or enterprise services business experience
Experience presenting to clients as well as facilitation experience with storytelling skills
An adaptive problem solver with high attention to detail. Comfort working in and resolving ambiguous situations.
Compensation for roles at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
