Role Value Proposition

The Business Transformation Analyst or Process Improvement Lead for Source to Pay will participate in the designing, development and implementation of new operating model processes and systems support. This role reports direct to S2P Head and will have a focus on US business while also overseeing worldwide function alignment. Will partner with Strategic Sourcing, Category Management and Account Payable teams to deploy and continuously assess stakeholder/clients experience and performance delivery to drive value and mitigate risks. In addition, will collaborate with sourcing, procurement operations/systems, finance, vendor management organization to ensure successful implementation of the category strategies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in design, development and deployment of process and procedures for the new Procurement Operating Model.
  • Define governance methodology for continuous monitoring UX and delivery according to new Procurement Operating Model.
  • Manages planning and budgetarily data, presenting to senior leadership status follow ups and key reporting data.
  • Determine agile methodology and tools for testing and enhancing processes, procedures, and systems to support new procurement operating model roadmap.
  • Document and lead documentation of processes, policies, and procedures.


Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills

  • Proven leadership experience managing direct and indirect resources
  • Demonstrates both strong analytical and big picture capabilities in problem solving approaches.
  • Effective written and oral communications.
  • Passion for assess, design and change.

Required:

  • Undergraduate degree required
  • 5-8+ years broad-based experience
  • Management Consulting experience
  • Planning and accountability ability

Preferred:

  • Business Process Management / Business Process Improvement methodology and tools
  • Process mining
  • Change Management experience
  • Design Thinking
  • Supply Chain, Source to Pay or Performance Management experience is a plus
