We are currently seeking a Regional Phlebotomy Trainer to work at Ascension Sacred Heart Hospital Pensacola, FL. In this role you will provide exceptional customer service, perform department training objectives an, you will be provided opportunities for continuous growth within the organization.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develops and implements appropriate resources and programs to accomplish training objectives.
  • The ability to evaluate new, presently existing, and proposed training methodologies, develop training materials and plans, and deliver training at a high organizational level
  • Provides training and orientation of new LabCorp employees.
  • Provide superior customer service
  • Administrative and clerical duties as necessary
  • Travel to additional sites when needed (Pensacola, Destin, & Port St. Joe)


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
  • Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment
  • Comfortable working under minimal supervision
  • Reliable transportation and clean driving record if applicable
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed
  • Able to pass a standardized color blindness test
  • Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency is preferred
  • Previous experience as a phlebotomist is preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in related field
