The Complex Delivery Lead – Retail is responsible for leading delivery of projects and programs of work on a large, complex accounts operating in a multi-geography delivery model.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in end to end delivery of complex solutions for Retail clients
- Good understanding and experience in different areas of Retail ie. Supply Chain, Merchandising, Logistics, Transportation, Store Systems & Operations
- Working experience of applying Agile/SAFe methodology in delivering work
- Experience implementing at least one complex E2E program including a Platform (Custom, PaaS, Salesforce/Workday/SAP/Oracle, etc.)
- Experience working with global delivery teams across locations
As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.

- A minimum of 10 years of experience in Delivery Management specifically System Integration or Application and Infrastructure Support/Development
- A minimum of 6 years of Agile experience, preferably SaFe certified
- A minimum of 5 years of experience managing offshore resources.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, associate degree with 6 years of work experience)
- Proficiency in Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience in the Retail industry
