You Are:

The Complex Delivery Lead – Retail is responsible for leading delivery of projects and programs of work on a large, complex accounts operating in a multi-geography delivery model.

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience in end to end delivery of complex solutions for Retail clients
  • Good understanding and experience in different areas of Retail ie. Supply Chain, Merchandising, Logistics, Transportation, Store Systems & Operations
  • Working experience of applying Agile/SAFe methodology in delivering work
  • Experience implementing at least one complex E2E program including a Platform (Custom, PaaS, Salesforce/Workday/SAP/Oracle, etc.)
  • Experience working with global delivery teams across locations

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $99,900 - $207,399 and [Register to View] target="_blank">information on benefits offered is here.

For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in Delivery Management specifically System Integration or Application and Infrastructure Support/Development
  • A minimum of 6 years of Agile experience, preferably SaFe certified
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience managing offshore resources.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, associate degree with 6 years of work experience)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Experience in the Retail industry

Professional Skill Requirements:

  • Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment.
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
  • Ability to work in a challenging client environment.
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills to face of senior Business and IT stakeholders
