General Description:

Reporting to the Manager of Operations Support, the Compliance Administrator will be responsible for providing support to the TEKsystems Onboarding Automation Client Requirement Process. This position will be responsible for reviewing, editing, uploading and auditing the client form library required for the onboarding process. The Compliance Administrator will work in partnership with the compliance team and business leaders to ensure the most up to date information is stored appropriately within SmartERP for each client. They will utilize Adobe Acrobat DC to review and edit client forms in preparation to upload into the Automated Onboarding System.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for managing client forms for all clients supported by TEKsystems
  • Partner with business leaders to establish and manage the priority of forms for completion
  • Partner with the compliance team to edit existing client forms as needed when contractual requirements change
  • Responsible for completing audits to ensure client forms are up to date and accurate
  • Partner with the SmartERP IS team for advanced form requirements
  • Accountable for meeting KPI’s around timely upload of forms for the business
  • Access Adobe Acrobat DC to edit and prepare the client forms for upload
  • Access SmartERP to upload and manage the client form library
  • Responsible for ad hoc report requests by the Compliance team
  • Support the Client Requirement Guide Form process as needed
  • Support the Compliance team as needed
Qualifications

Requisite Abilities and/or Skills:

  • This person should be very detail oriented
    • This position will involve checking various versions of forms between Word and PDF, uploading into the system, creating templates and assigning variables
  • Comfortable with new technology and learning tools
    • Adobe Acrobat DC
    • SmartERP
  • Should have the ability to navigate SmartERP (Client/Client Groups and the new form upload process)
  • Exposure to PeopleSoft/Oracle ERP system would be helpful
  • Good knowledge of the Onboarding Automation Business process management
  • Demonstrated ability to manage timelines and prioritize tasks
  • Ability to coordinate between teams to ensure timely completion of forms
  • Ability to follow specific steps and execute them as required to be successful
  • Someone who can evaluate and suggest where improvements can be made
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
  • Articulate written and verbal communication skills

Required Education and/or Experience:

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Microsoft Office advanced experience – use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong written and verbal communication experience with all levels of an organization
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Demonstrated experience in time management, organization and prioritization
