You Are:

An SAP transformation maestro with tons of experience helping Industrial Product clients meet the challenges of digitization. You’re in your element using your supply chain and manufacturing know-how and boss-level creative and analytical powers to solve clients’ most complex business problems so their companies can do more. Communication and people skills? You have both in spades and you’re as comfortable inspiring teams to bring their A-game as you are presenting to the C-suite. As a senior manager, you know that your decisions will have a lasting impact, and you’ve got the leadership skills to handle the pressure.

The Work:

  • Use your Industrial industry knowledge and technical expertise to decipher clients’ needs in SAP Industry Solutions.

  • Our seven Industry segments include Heavy Equipment, Consumer Durables, Freight & Logistics, Construction, Industrial Business Services, Industrial and Electrical Equipment & Suppliers.

  • Lead teams of consultants to advise clients on using SAP to build state-of-the-art solutions powered by SAP tools such as SAP S/4 HANA or SAP Industry Solutions for Industrial Products companies

  • Lead delivery of stand-out SAP solutions that meet your clients’ unique needs and position them for long-term success

  • Build strong, trusting relationships with your clients’ senior leaders to help Accenture become the go-to partner in bringing their long-term vision to life

  • Grow Accenture’s SAP Industrial Products practice by leading business development, proposal submission, and sales efforts

  • Serve as an expert and thought leader in the Accenture SAP practice by continuing to build your own and your team’s expertise in SAP.


Here’s What You Need:

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in SAP ERP and with SAP S/4 HANA for Industrial Products and Automotive Suppliers

  • Minimum 3 end-to-end SAP implementations, including project planning, estimation and solution architecture

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Project Management

  • Experience managing teams of 15+, including offshore teams

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

  • Experience leading and providing Transformation/Consulting/Advisory Services (e.g., Business Case, Roadmap, Process Improvement, etc.)

  • Have led and delivered SAP S/4 roadmap initiatives helping clients pivot to the new and enable new capabilities.

Bonus Points If:

Broad functional experience and expertise in an overall Solution Architect or Delivery role. Example skills:

  • End to end process knowledge with Demand to Supply (DTS) and Plan to Produce (PTP)

  • Experience with EDI Integration and Scheduling Agreements,

  • Supply chain acumen with Demand/Supply Planning, Production and Logistics

  • Deep understanding with nuisances with labelling and printing requirements

  • Integration with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)

  • Global project experience with deploying SAP to multiple sites/locations globally

  • Understanding of the Automotive Warranty Solution

  • Multiple manufacturing archetypes (e.g., MTO, MTS, ETO, ATO). Experience with implementing Just in Time (JIT) and Just in Sequence (JIS) is a bonus.

  • Handling unit management and returnable package management

  • Experience in SAP SCM, PP, MM, QM, PM and integrations with SD

  • Have authored industry thought leadership and/or led co-development activities with SAP
