Job Description:

Seeking accounting team lead to support oversee the execution of general accounting processes, including month end close processes and account reconciliations. Provide team support, resolution of complex issues, implement standards and approaches, support planning, and support internal external client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Spearhead month end closing activities, including review of various journal entries, variance analysis, and audit support

  • Review balance sheet account reconciliations on a monthly quarterly basis and investigate explain any variances.
  • Overall leadership and direction of the accounting staff
  • Streamline processes and procedures while partnering with leadership to drive change.
  • Assist in the transition and stabilization of new scope activities
  • Lead process improvement initiatives
  • Ad hoc activities in support of overall project.
Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years General Ledger/Month-end processing and closing
  • Minimum of 2 years of management or leadership experience; training/mentoring others

Preferred Skills:

  • Degreed in Accounting or Finance

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $76,912.00 and the maximum is $126,900.00. [Register to View]
