You Are:
The Technology Lead is responsible for leading the technology architecture and design solution options for large programs across complex accounts operating in a multi-geography delivery model.

The Work:

  • Technical oversight for a project including validating business requirements against application architecture and advising on solution design options
  • Develop system specifications and design for secure, scalable applications
  • Assist in delivery of technical components by applying the right estimation methodology, coding best practices and testing reviews
  • Perform audits and initiate service improvements through standard operating procedures
  • Identification and implementation of innovation opportunities leveraging New IT capabilities (Next Generation Testing, Agile Delivery, Continuous Integration, APIs and Microservices) to drive improved cost, quality and speed for a project or program of work
  • Stakeholder governance to drive high client satisfaction

It is expected the Technology Lead will be an experienced leader with strong technical and analytical skills to drive the team in delivering innovative solutions.

For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.

Qualifications

Here's What You Need:

  • A minimum of 8 years of hand-on experience in delivering and implementing technical solutions.
  • A minimum of 4 years of Agile experience.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience managing offshore resources.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (10 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience)
  • Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment.
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
  • Desire to work in an information systems environment.
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.

Bonus Points If:

  • Proficiency in Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Experience in the Financial Services industry.

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is
