We are seeking an analytical, process/detail-oriented Varicent Engineer who can partner effectively with sales compensation team. The Varicent Engineer will work cross-functionally with several teams at Meta to develop and maintain the sales incentive systems to ensure the accuracy of commission calculations and reporting. Perform standard and ad hoc analyses to design and assess the effectiveness of the sales programs. Support in the preparation of monthly and quarterly executive dashboards on key performance, pay, and commission cost drivers. Perform consumption and predictive analysis of large data sets for the purpose of financial analytics and dashboards.This is an individual contributor role that requires a deep understanding and experience of the Varicent Application to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of sales incentive payments (commissions) to the sales organization. Enhancements/Upgrades to the Varicent components and the data validations. Develop Auditing capabilities for the tables such as the Commissions, Payee, and Revenue level to ensure success of compliance and overall alignment. Build out the reporting functionality in Varicent for incentive compensation business metrics. Implementation of Advanced Analytics from Varicent into a data warehouse application for supporting analytics into reporting tools. The candidate will have an analytical background and experience in managing data pipelines and building analytical dashboards in React. Participate in user acceptance testing for calculation logic, data tables, and reporting in the incentive compensation system and related CRM and revenue systems.The ideal candidate will be passionate about Meta, view the world through an analytical lens, be intellectually curious, learn quickly, and be able to move fast while keeping focused on high-impact projects.

Required SkillsBP&O Program Manager, Varicent Engineer Responsibilities:
  • Incentive compensation systems, sales performance management, and enterprise analytics
  • Design, implement and maintaining the Various Varicent ICM Models
  • Data analysis with large data sets and data modeling skills
  • Writing SQL queries, data pipelines and building analytical dashboards in React
  • Designing, implementing, and maintaining Varicent models
  • Preparation of executive dashboards
  • Auditing incentive compensation plans and rules reflected in payout calculations
  • Perform weekly/quarterly data audits and system maintenance to accurately reflect payee records and compensation plan components
  • Participate in the design/implementation process for system enhancements and complete user acceptance testing for calculation logic, data tables and reporting in the incentive compensation system
Minumum QualificationMinimum Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of work experience in Design and Development of Varicent models and Build interactive UI and Analytical dashboards using React
  • Experience designing and developing the Presenter Reports, Parent Child reports in the Varicent Presenter Modules
  • Experience build Complex ICM Commissions calculations, Design and development of data imports
  • Experience with SQL Server, Advanced SQL skills used in a data analytics
  • Experience in drafting the Data pipelines and building the analytical dash boards in React

  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment
