Sirius Federal, LLC is looking for a GWAC Deputy Program Manager to work at remotely.

The primary purpose of this position is to handle all aspects of the contract vehicle, including ensuring program compliance, on time completion of required internal and program reporting, educating, and assisting sales, contracts, proposals, pre-sales, project managers and management on the program.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with contracts to perform administration of the contract, including reviewing task orders, awards, and management of partners.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable contract/agreement terms and conditions, laws, regulations, and provisions. Must collaborate effectively with sales to ensure compliance.
  • Assist with identification and preparation of requirements and expected outcomes for new or changes within the ERP system.
  • Proactively manage the economic price adjustment and technical refresh processes.
  • Lead effort to market GWAC vehicle and maximize revenue on contract.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to maximize performance on contract.
  • Collaborate with sales to increase the level of business and use of the vehicle.
  • Prepare and provide training presentations to sales personnel and other internal stakeholders.
  • Manage quality of service delivery on task orders and ensure maximum customer satisfaction obtained, as quantified by annual CPAR ratings by the government.
  • Create and maintain detailed program level reporting required on the GWAC, such as monthly status reports, quarterly and annual reports.
  • Prepare executive level reporting.
  • Responsible for managing customer relationship, including government’s GWAC program manager.
  • Participate in marketing outreach related to the GWAC, including conferences, trade shows and other industry events.
  • Maintain and update work instructions and procedural documentation.
  • Manage the internal assignment and tracking of issued RFQ/RFP/RFIs through Agency portals and via email.
  • Provide back up support to other GWAC programs.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent related experience.
  • 3+ years of GWAC, or other large Federal IDIQ/MAC program management or contract administration experience in the IT market

Other Position Requirements:

  • Experience managing day to day operational tasks for large GWACs or IDIQs such as SEWP, ITES 3H, ITES SW, CIO-CS, GSA MAS, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities, and tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Strong communications skills and business acumen.
  • Intermediate – Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access
