Meta is seeking a data center Maintenance Planning Coordinator to join our Data Center Facility Operations team. Our data centers serve as the foundation upon which our suite of products operates to meet the demands of our customers. The Maintenance Planning Coordinator will work with the larger Infrastructure Data Centers team to facilitate operating and maintaining the data center through document control and process creation.

Required SkillsMaintenance Planning Coordinator Responsibilities:
  • Use the global maintenance plan requirements to develop campus-wide maintenance plans in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
  • Collaborate with operational and technical teams to plan and schedule preventative and corrective work throughout the campus
  • Monitor maintenance schedules for adherence to compliance windows
  • Leverage metrics to identify trends and improve equipment performance in terms of efficiency, reliability and scalability
  • Responsible for accurate and complete facility asset information in Meta tooling
  • Collaborate with engineering and logistics teams to define critical spare parts and inventory min/max volumes
  • Provide training for and maintain data in CMMS tool
  • Support audits conducted by outside regulatory agencies (SOX, ISO, etc.)
  • Train construction trade partners and others on asset tagging and accurate equipment attribute collection approaches/policies
  • Interface with global team on predictive maintenance programs, updates to CMMS tooling and asset management guidelines
Minumum QualificationMinimum Qualifications:
  • Communication skills
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Organization skills
  • Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical and life safety monitoring and control systems
  • 3+ years’ experience scheduling and planning maintenance for large-scale, complex systems using CMMS
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred QualificationPreferred Qualifications:
  • 3+ years’ experience working in a critical operations environment
