The Integrity Investigations and Intelligence team is dedicated to protecting the users of the Facebook family of applications (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Quest) from a multitude of threats including: criminal networks, dangerous organizations and individuals, advanced threat/nation-state actors, and human trafficking and exploitation. We are seeking an experienced intelligence leader to support our world class intelligence professionals in detecting and tracking adversary groups both on and off of Meta’s platforms, analyze and understand their behaviors, help develop intel tradecraft and capabilities, and use innovative approaches to protecting people from harm. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead our intelligence organization comprised of analysts and engineers in addressing some of the most challenging, complicated, and high-visibility security risks the company is facing.We are looking for a seasoned leader to shape and lead our world-class intelligence program who has experience in building strong relationships with data-driven engineering partners to develop robust defenses to ever evolving adversaries. This individual will be a thought leader who excels at talent development and communication, provides vision and forward-looking strategies that inspire our organization, and oversees execution in a dynamic environment. They will effectively influence strategic investments and roadmaps to drive innovation and improve our community experience by shaping Meta’s approach to integrity.Successful candidates will have a proven track record of leading strategic, innovative and world-class work and intelligence or analytic teams. Demonstrated success proactively shaping capabilities and teams, growing & developing a diverse group of leaders, and building collaborative relationships with a diverse range of partners across engineering, policy, product, and beyond, to develop solutions and defenses against ever-evolving adversaries.

Required SkillsLead of Integrity Intelligence Responsibilities:
  • Provide visionary leadership to your teams and our org, enhance and develop a strong team culture of trust and commitment to impact in how we support our community
  • Provide guidance to our intelligence teams in a highly-dynamic and fast-paced environment across different staff groups and sites
  • Proactively identify a vision, strategy and opportunities to collect, analyze, and disseminate actionable intelligence scalably across Meta’s family of apps & services to our stakeholders
  • Partner with global leaders, HR, L&D & Recruiting to develop and execute on a holistic people strategy to attract, retain and develop top talent and role model leadership best practices
  • Drive continuous improvement, step-change innovation, goal alignment and execution planning to deliver on immediate and long-term goals and objectives
  • Cultivate strong and lasting collaborative relationships with stakeholders across multiple functions across the company
  • Influence cross-functional roadmaps and strategic investments as an advocate for our integrity across product, policy, process, systems, data/analytics
  • Actively engage as a member of leadership on cross-cutting strategic, operational and people initiatives
  • Role requires directionally 30% travel
Minumum QualificationMinimum Qualifications:
  • Experience making data driven decisions
  • 10+ years of experience managing operations in domains such as compliance, risk management, intelligence and/or investigations
  • 10+ years of people management experience, including managing and developing leaders and managing remotely across a global organization
  • Proven track record of attracting talent, and scaling and developing high performing teams
  • Strategic thinker with proven track record of transforming organizations through innovation and long-term strategies for continuous improvement
  • Experience collaborating and influencing global cross-functional leaders
  • Experience supporting geographically distributed teams
  • BS/BA Degree or higher, or equivalent experience in compliance, risk management, intelligence and/or investigations
Preferred Qualification
