Position Description: Processes all calls and greets and directs visitors to the company.

Reports to: Administrative Manager, Office Manager, or Department Head

Essential Duties & Responsibilities*:

  • Respond to all incoming calls.
  • Greet and assist visitors to the office.
  • Maintain conference room schedule as required and maintain appearance of conference rooms.
  • Maintain the reception area in a neat and organized manner.
  • Maintain sign-in/sign-out log.
  • Maintain employee phone listings.

Qualifications: Excellent phone skills, basic computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience answering a multi-line phone system, good listening skills, and excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
