Job Description BAE is seeking a Sr. Active Directory/Identity Management Administrator to join our growing support team made up of both government and contract staff and become part of the of our Operations and Maintenance support team. The ideal candidate will have an extremely strong background in Microsoft AD, and experience supporting large active directory environments in the range of many thousands of objects.Required Education, Experience, & Skills Bachelors degree and 8 years direct experience or Masters degree with 4 years direct experience in skillset; 10+ combined years of relevant experience
A combination of education or experience with at least one professional certification.
Candidate will need to have the following abilities;
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Bachelor’s degree with 4 years direct experience in skillset; 10+ combined years of relevant experience. A combination of education or experience with at least one professional certification. Ideal certifications include but are not limited to:
- Strong Active Directory Federated Services (ADFS) background.
- Solid understanding of Azure Active Directory connector AADC.
- A solid understanding of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and utilities used to support them.
- Independent problem-solving, self-directed with good documentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
- Experience and understanding with virtual environments.
- Ability to deal with people in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ability to interface with senior management, clients and staff.
