Job Description

The selected SharePoint Administrator will maintian a multifunction SharePoint site to facilitate the collection and sharing of data in support of the GEOINT mission of NGA’s Office of Counterterrorism (AOT).

Responsibilities include building and maintaining automated data collection, emailing, and reporting within the SharePoint environment. Facilitate the use of SharePoint across the organization. Apply broad knowledge of design principles to communicate concepts or ideas visually. Attend periodic production support meetings and maintain current with ongoing production support initiatives. Support Office and Branch level production requirements to compliment the overall mission, including expedite crisis work, special assignments and ad hoc tasking.

The selected candidate will participate in meetings with government customers, and colleagues to exchange information, partake in decisions, and provide updates.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills 10 + Years of relevant experience as a SharePoint Administrator or Multi-Media Specialist.

• Must possess the ability to modify, maintain, and expand out SharePoint capabilities in support of government mission
• Must possess the ability to build automation, such as emails, and report, into the SharePoint environment
• Possess expertise with electronic publishing applications Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
• Possess expertise with structured authoring software SGML, XML, and HTML
• Possess expertise with basic print-based and web-based design principles and multimedia technologies and basic ArcGIS.
• Proficient with HTML, CSS, PHP server-side programming scripting and SQL databases.
