This position description is subject to change at any time as needed to meet the requirements of the program or company. Manage all contractor projects, personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Information Technology (IT) Services, as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Ensures all projects are performed in accordance with (IAW) the terms and conditions of the contract and consistently within the established standards in this PWS and contract.

Major Job Activities:

• Design, Develop, and Manage Multiple Simultaneous Projects.
• Manage Customer Expectations and Customer Relationships for each Project.
• Manage all Aspects of Project Execution.
• Assumes and manages Fiscal Responsibility for all Project Actions.
• Ensure Accurate and Responsive Reporting on all Project Metrics.

Material & Equipment Directly Used:

Office computers and equipment, telephones, radios, Microsoft Office suite of tools, spreadsheets and database outputs and reporting, virtual data sharing platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, etc.) and other forms of remote worksharing tools.

Working Enviornment:

Primarily performed in an office environment, with work in virtual space, as well as operations centers, network/server rooms, and other datacenter environments. The Project Manager shall be available between the hours of 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern time, Monday through Friday, except during lunch hour, federal holidays or when the government facility is closed for administrative reasons.

Physical Activities:

Must be able to sit, stand, and work at a computer for long periods of time.


Minimum Qualifications:

Education / Certifications:

• PMP certified by the PMI
• U.S. Citizen
• Secret Clearance (interim at contract start, full Secret clearance within 120 days)
• Intermediate Information Technology Information Library (ITIL) training, ITIL Service Operation and/or ITIL Service Strategy preferred

Experience / Skills:

• Minimum of 5-years’ experience in IT

• Microsoft Office Suite of tools
• Microsoft Teams

Supervisory / Budget Responsiblities:

Directly manages the managers/supervisors/leads for each Project. Responsible for all project fiscal/budget actions.
