Job Description Full-time onsite:
Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full- time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

This position will work closely with the PTH/X-Assembly/CS400 Support Staff and engineers. This position will assist in the development and refinement of new processes as assigned. This position will, when directed assist with production by completing manufacturing processes as required (this may occur for short or long duration, depending on the needs of the business.). This position will collect data pertaining to the associated processes. This position will support as required any process improvement including but not limited to these processes.

Candidate should also have knowledge within the X-Assembly/CS400 area of PCA, being able to perform the tasks of Forming, Automatic equipment, X-Assembly and CS400. This person will also be the 1st point of contact for Barriers that are encountered in the area on a daily basis. These barriers include, but are not limited to, Part Issues, Planning Issues, Equipment Issues, or any Process Issues that are encountered. This candidate will also be expected to assist the Process Owner in Continuous Improvement activities, Safety Concerns, or Major Line Down Issues.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills Experience as a high level user of Automated equipment, CS400, and X-Assembly.Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Experience with working in the X-Assembly/CS400 area within PCA.
