Job Description Seeking a cyber-oriented Program Manager to provide overall direction to contractor personnel supporting a critical contract with a premier cyber organization. The PM will assist the government in its mission to evolve cybersecurity technologies to answer leading edge security problems, including advanced visualization solutions, exfiltration detection modeling &analysis, malware detection, automated analysis &modeling, and sandbox analysis systems.

The Program Manager is a Key position and will lead a team of 30+ cyber engineering experts. The position will be based at a BAE site in Sterling, VA, with occasional trips to customer sites in Ballston and Winchester, VA.

** This position is eligible for maximum telework (>50%) for applicants residing in the National Capital Region (DC, MD, VA) **
Required Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Fifteen (15) years of experience, of which at least ten years must be specialized experience in cybersecurity, including project development from inception to deployment, expertise in the management and control of funds and resources using complex reporting mechanisms, and demonstrated capability in managing multitask contracts of the same or similar magnitude
  • Intimate knowledge of cybersecurity and security applications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Assurance, Engineering, Business, or other related discipline. Note that equivalent years of directly related experience to offensive cybersecurity may be considered in lieu of educational requirements
  • Intimate knowledge of cybersecurity and security applications
  • Active TOP SECRET clearance
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Experience working with malware tools and lab environments
