Cyber Security Program Manager

BAE Systems is looking for an experienced Cyber Security Program Manager to lead our innovative team to help modernize, design, optimize, implement, and maintain the security infrastructure of our customer and grow business.

In this role you will,

  • Lead and manage a highly technical staff of Cyber professionals by organizing, planning and directing team members to meet and exceed program objectives & timelines.
  • Service as the Primary Government point of contact for all contract deliveries
  • Act as the Primary Liaison between the Government and BAE Systems corporate.
  • Leverage BAE Systems total capabilities to identify additional areas of customer need and work with the customer to solve those challenges.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology Management or a related field
  • PMP Certified
  • CISSP or CISM or C|CISO certified
  • At least 10 years of demonstrated experience in staffing large-scale, complex Cyber or IT Security programs/projects with properly trained and qualified personnel.
  • At least 10 years of demonstrated experience in managing large-scale, complex Cyber or IT programs/projects to meet the cost, schedule, and performance parameters of the contract.
  • Demonstrated experience growing program portfolios
  • Soft skills (Emotional Intelligence, Growth Mindset, Adaptability, Servant Leader etc)
  • Very strong consultative skills
  • Very strong Client Relationship Management skills
  • Experience briefing Senior Executive and GO/FO Stakeholders
  • Emergent Technology Awareness
  • Government and Industry Awareness
  • Systems Lifecycle Management
  • Security Requirements Management
  • KPI and Metrics Tracking and Reporting

  • Risk Management and Cost/Benefit Analysis
  • Regulatory, Ethical, and Security Compliance Management (NIST, ISO, DoD 8500 series, ICDs etc)
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Graduate Degree in Information Technology Management or a related field
  • Experience leading and managing in a Computer Network Operations environment.
  • Leadership and management experience within the DoD/IC or Law Enforcement
  • Demonstrated program management experience with SAFe or similar agile methodologies.
  • CISSP-ISSMP certification.
  • Former Cyber Operator, Engineer, or Analyst experience is highly preferred
