Job Description Full-time onsite:
Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site.
This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

BAE Systems is looking for an Engineering Assistant who will work on the assembly team for the THAAD product line as part of the Precision Strike & Sensing Solutions (PS3) Business Area.
- Works from specifications, drawings, process sheets, engineering change orders and written and verbal instruction to assemble components subassemblies and assemblies against required quality standards.
- Multi-tasking in our fast-paced environment with delivery commitments to external customers.
- Demonstrated ability to use a computer and associated software.
- Utilizes a full range of complex precision tools and inspection techniques for evaluation for product compliance.
- Identifies and documents defects during assembly process
- Interfaces with engineering regarding technical issues and problem resolution.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Typically a High School Diploma
- 6 years work experience or equivalent experience in this field
- Complex electro-mechanical assembly experience
- Active Secret security clearance
- Typically a High School Diploma
