Description
Job Description:Leidos has an opportunity for a Technical Training Assistant who will support the squadron Training Managers (TM) by performing scheduling and coordination for courses located in the 313th Training Squadron (TRS) at Goodfellow AFB, TX. Candidates must currently possess a TS/SCI security clearance in order to be considered. The Technical Training Assistant will:
Liaise with 313 TRS TMs to ensure students are tracked and updated with Air Force systems of record, including creating, graduating, and troubleshooting user issues
Check SCORM Cloud/Black Board daily for student completion of the online courses
Field phone calls/emails from the field, and handle enrollment inquiries for all 313 TRS online courses
Proofread scheduling documentation for accuracy and completeness prior to and after Oracle Training Administration (OTA) inputs
Contact other squadron’s TMs to coordinate/schedule use of their available resources for End-Of-Course (EOC) critiques
Coordinate with field/local TRS when students do not show up for online or in-residence class
Track complete status of online, asynchronous courses; sending periodic reminders as required
Required Qualifications
Currently have and maintain a TS/SCI
Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 5 years’ experience supporting the USAF (experience may be considered in lieu of experience).
Instructional Systems Development (ISD) experience
Experience with Air Education and Training Command (AETC) course development and delivery of policy/regulations
Strong written and oral communication skills
Excellent analytic and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects on tight deadlines and prioritize projects appropriately
Ability to work collaboratively to achieve objectives
