Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) has technology, engineering and program teams that educate and mentor colleagues to deliver leading Electronic Warfare capabilities. In this highly flexible role, the ideal candidate will identify, develop, and lead NRE and production projects for a production line restart. These tasks will include, but are not limited to, transition to production, Factory Workplace of the Future interface, data automation, Continuous Improvement, factory layout, capacity planning, and day-to-day activities interfacing with various levels of factory management and production operators.
As this program shares all resources with multiple programs within a composite factory, familiarity with composite manufacturing, classified processing, and shared services management are preferred.
Candidates should be able to highlight previous project work, shared services experience, and understanding of NRE during the interview process.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills The ideal candidate will have some experienced project management skills (or manufacturing / supply chain skills) as well as knowledge of the Operations functions. In addition, basic skills in data analysis, leading small teams, effective communications, proposals, spreadsheet creation and management, as well as some basic finance process comprehension.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Experience in management, supply chain management, and/or factory management is a plus. Aperture Manufacturing Experience is preferred. Analytical skills and the ability to work independently to develop and lead shared functional resources.
