Job Description BAE is searching for a Manufacturing Analyst to join our team supporting discrete manufacturing and quality operations across BAE. The selected candidate will work closely with various stakeholders in the business to understand their needs, interpret requirements and deliver solutions to meet those needs.

The candidate will provide day to day operational support of the system in coordination with the other members of the team. Respond to customer requests to answer questions and resolve issues. Coordinate with other support teams as needed.

Gather requirements from multiple stakeholders, analyze against available capabilities, perform gap analysis and translate into technical specifications for solution design. Implement designed solutions using technical expertise.

Present alternatives for requirements and solution design and suggest improvements in business processes.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

  • 5 + years’ experience in an Oracle or Siemens manufacturing environment
  • Investigate client issues – troubleshooting (replicate/diagnose/document problems)
  • Must demonstrate excellent communication skills
  • Interpretation of user requirements and generation of functional specifications
  • Ability to multi task (assess, prioritize/reprioritize and manage duties) and work on multiple initiatives simultaneously, independently or as a key resource of various teams
  • Demonstrated ability to configure application environments based on customer requirements
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Experience with implementing Oracle MES module
  • Experience with implementing Siemens OpCenter
  • Experience with ServiceNow
  • Proven track record of working with remote teams

Preferred location is Louisville, KY but other BAE locations and a "remote worker" will be considered.
