Job Description In this position you would support the EW-IMC at the NHQ Campus in Nashua, NH, and play a key role as a seasoned planner in a busy and fast-paced environment. You will work closely with the Business Area Planners and Operations Program Managers to execute to the master delivery schedule (MDS) and identify any potential delays in meeting this schedule.

You will be responsible for monitoring WIP movement and work closely with the Value Stream Specialist (VSS) and Manufacturing Production Controllers (MPCs) to ensure product is flowing through the factory, and regularly provide a manufacturing status for your assigned programs. There will also be regular intervention with leaders of the NPI team, Process Engineers, Tech Writers, etc. to ensure that all functions are working towards the same goal of success.

You will also ensure that proper Oracle transactions are being transacted, action/elevate any material shortages and help to manage PMRB within the factory. This position requires good communication skills and the ability to be a clear and thorough communicator for pass-downs between shifts.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills Seeking an experienced Supply Chain Planner who is ready to take the next step and become a leader by example in this position. Ideally the candidate will have a Secret clearance or at minimum the ability to obtain one.Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Bachelor’s degree (or currently enrolled at an accredited college and making progress towards one) and 2+ years of experience as a Supply Chain Planner. Good understanding of MS Office and working knowledge of data bases used at BAE such as Oracle ERP, Solumina, Data View, PLM, and TIPQA is a plus.
