Description

Job Description:

Leidos has an opportunity for a Web Developer to support a team at 16 Air Force at JBSA-Lackland, TX. The Web Developer will design, create, test, and maintain web sites, interacting with team members to gather and define requirements. They will maintain website technical documentation to assist with website maintenance and upgrades, and will be responsible for troubleshooting software problems and providing solutions to overcome those problems using the latest technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Website management and creation, and data cloud storage

  • Migrate applications, current and future, to Platforms

  • Migrate web services from AWS Lightsail to EC2 when necessary

  • Develop scalable WordPress sites from start to finish

  • Administer and operate the software to support eLearning websites, data exchanges, content publication, website usage, and overall cloud storage requirements

Basic Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of web development, preferably supporting the DoD

  • Bachelor's degree (experience may be substituted in lieu of degree).

  • Website front-end and back-end technologies

  • Technical degree, Associates, or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, System Administration, or Cyber Security

  • TS/SCI security clearance or ability to obtain a clearance (requires US citizenship).

Desired Qualifications:

  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect

  • Experience with JavaScript, CSS3, HTML5, WordPress, and UI/UX design

  • Production HTML5 and CSS3 experience

  • Production PHP back-end development experience
