Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and remotely.

The Digital Electronic Warfare System (DEWS) for the country of Qatar is a mature design that has been in continuous production for years. The team is currently executing a 36 lot and 12 lot in parallel.

Responsibilities in this role include but are not limited to:

• Play a key role in helping the program successfully complete production ship sets of hardware on time and on budget.
• Be responsible for the manufacture of all sub-assemblies related to the LRU-1 and LRU-2 assemblies.
• Provide the program with a critical focal point for all Operations content, partnering with the New Hampshire factories as well as the Program Office and Engineering to ensure all commitments are met.
• Be a self-starter with the ability to work autonomously, while partnering with key stakeholders.

• You have the ability to work both independently and as a member of team with initiative, creativity, and innovation.
• You have strong interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with program teams and cross-functionally.
• You have a high degree of ethics and strong core values.
• You are an experienced Cost Account Manager, with demonstrated experience in owning and managing Operations Cost Accounts, including but not limited to setting baselines, estimates to complete (ETC), estimates at completion (EAC), writing Cost Account Variance and Analysis Reports (CAVARs).
• You have exceptional oral communication and formal presentation skills.
• You are someone that is willing to go above and beyond to keep our customers satisfied.Required Education, Experience, & Skills • Typically a Bachelor’s Degree and 6 years work experience or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated experience with regard to EVMS and Cost Account Management.
• Excellent program/project management skills.
• Business and financial acumen, with proven ability to manage scope and budget.
