Job Description The IT Service Management Business Analyst will evaluate incoming requests and assess priority, level of effort, and value ranking. Utilizing SAFe Agile methodologies work closely with the customer to provide solutions and ensure clearly documented stories are prioritized for ServiceNow development sprints. Work as a liaison between the customer and the developers to ensure testing and final approval are completed prior to development work being pushed to production.


Providing high level IT project business analysis and advice to stakeholders.

Gathering requirements from clients and clearly communicating requirements to the development team.

Coordinates efforts between business community and ITSM development team(s) to ensure workable, viable outcomes.

Creates project documentation and facilitates user acceptance testing.

Oversees development and improvement of the Service Request catalog and Self-Service Portal.

Provides expert advice, support, and recommends best practices for ITSM process as implemented in the ServiceNow tool.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills

Required Skills

3+ years of ServiceNow experience.

3+ years of citizen development experience in ServiceNow (catalog builder, flow designer)

3+ years of experience in IT Service Management.

SAFe Agile or Agile certification(s).

Ability to translate business needs into requirements.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Preferred Skills

ITIL 4 Certification desired.

PMP or CaPM Certification a plus.
