The individual selected for this position will work with engineering to support the product lines across multiple processes, which include but are not limited to wire and ribbon bonding, tuning and testing, environmental stress screening. Training from the engineering team will be provided, this is the perfect opportunity to get involved with engineering support to a production factory. This equipment will be used on TACAIR Microwave Factory on a variety of products including DEWS/QATAR, EPAWSS, and 56C. Must have experience with a microscope and have knowledge of MIL-STD-883.

Full-time onsite:

  • Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Typically a High School Diploma and 3 years work experience or equivalent experience
  • Microscope Experience
  • Experience with MIL-STD-883
