We are looking for a seasoned Contracts professional who is a self-starter, a proven team player and not afraid of a challenging workload to join our Small Form Factor Solutions (SFFS) Business Area. Our Contracts team is agile and composed of highly skilled and dedicated Contracts professionals who work in a supportive and inclusive manner. This Principal Contract Administrator position will call for the successful candidate to work across a range of contract types, work on Teaming/Strategic Agreements, and work with various customers from across DoD. Given the shifting dynamics within the working environment, the successful candidate will also be in position to work a hybrid work arrangement. When in the office, the work team will be located at our Totowa, NJ facility. Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and remotely.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills We are looking for someone with a Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of related contracts experience or equivalent experience in DoD contracting. The successful candidate must have an existing Secret Clearance and be capable of obtaining a Special Access Clearance. We are looking for candidates that are strong team players who enjoy working with program management and other functional disciplines in a supportive and complementary manner. Good verbal and written communication skills are essential for this position as well has having the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills The successful candidate must have an existing Secret Clearance (prefer Top Secret) and be capable of upgrading to a Special Access Clearance shortly after assuming the role.
