Summary of Job Duties:The maintenance assistant is responsible for providing maintenance to buildings such as repairing and painting buildings and classrooms. Duties also include replacing ceiling tiles, repair/replace flooring, build walls and assemble furniture as needed. Perform general maintenance on college equipment and buildings This position is governed by state and federal laws and agency policy.
Qualifications:

High school diploma preferred. Painting and maintenance experience required.
