Department:Workday Student - Advising Foundation & Curriculum
Summary of Job Duties:This position functions as the Student Curriculum Analyst on the Workday Student implementation team. Reporting to the Academic Foundation/Curriculum Management Functional Lead, the Curriculum Analyst will complete hands-on functional and technical project activities and provide guidance to System resources. This position will demonstrate and explain key product features, document requirements and design, provide knowledge transfer to the project team, configure the corresponding functionality and assist in testing and support roll-out.
The educational equivalent of Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher education
At least one year of experience working in degree planning, curriculum or related area of higher education
Must be able to work collaboratively and travel throughout the State to various UA campuses on an average of once a week as needed
Significant experience in assessing, revising, implementing and supporting academic curriculum management, academic degree requirements, and degree planning business processes
Experience with change management related to academic program requirements and curriculum configuration in ERP systems or other large enterprise system deployments
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of the process being transformed and an understanding of how the process/system integrates with other processes and initiatives
Strong presentation, oral, and written communication skills
Strong organizational and task management skills
Solid analytical skills
Effective management and team skills
Ability to make decisions at the project team level and properly escalate those decisions that cannot be resolved on a timely basis
Ability to structure work efficiently
