The candidate will be required to live in the region in which they are supporting.

Job Overview

Employees in this role are responsible for the Operation and Maintenance of Transmission, Substation and Collection systems within a specified geographical region that deliver electricity safely, reliably, and cost effectively. The successful candidate leads a team that performs maintenance activities in support of operational objectives. This position handles maintenance processes, complex problem analysis, and long-range planning.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
  • Plans daily maintenance work, assigns work based on risk priority and monitors progress
  • Handles contract administration
  • Ensures compliance with all Federal, State, and Local regulations, and market requirements
  • Ensures compliance is achieved through leading collaborative cross-functional participation, and leveraging of assets and resources
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
  • High School Grad / GED
  • Associate’s or Equivalent Experience
  • Valid Driver's License (NON CDL)
  • Experience: 3+ years
  • Supervisor/Management Experience: 1+ years
