Senior Business Analyst (req93920)

Job Description Quest Diagnostics Incorporated seeks a Senior Business Analyst to facilitate and liaise between Quest Diagnostics’ Business and the Digital WorkForce teams for all aspects of business and products changes. Understand business, technology, Robotic Process Automation, and requirements gathering/documenting concepts. Drive the creation of business requirements documentation, contribute subject matter expertise, and support user acceptance testing. Communicate identified risks and collaborate in developing mitigation strategies. Elicit requirements using a variety of methods including interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, use cases, scenarios, and business workflow analysis. Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details and abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding to discern user needs and key requirements. Communicate and collaborate with internal customers to analyze information and business workflow to deliver functional requirements, use cases, and user interface designs. Prepare and manage deliverables including: Gap Analysis of current and future process models and Workflow diagrams/ visual presentations, Agile user story documents, requirement Traceability Matrix, and peer reviews. Provide input into the UAT test plan including test scenarios. Work closely with product business owners/labs to facilitate effective UAT execution.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business, Information Systems, or related field and two (2) years post-baccalaureate experience working with business process owners to refine process workflows and to identify opportunities for automation; two (2) years of post-baccalaureate experience utilizing Agile software development methodologies and Peoplesoft systems and financials; one (1) year post-baccalaureate experience assessing existing processes to determine viability of robotic process automation; one (1) year of post-baccalaureate experience guiding solution architecture for multiple projects; and one (1) year of post-baccalaureate experience creating preliminary design documents, solution sketch, and solution design documentation.
