Function Provides skills necessary to perform a variety of basic food service tasks including cleaning, set up and food distribution.

Essential Job Functions Prepare and serves food and beverages for tray service and the retail food service venues. Receives, dates, issues and rotates food items as directed. Washes dishes and pots. Participates in maintaining a clean kitchen through sanitation, sweeping, mopping, and keeping the general work area clean.
