The position of Manager Tax Governance and Risk Management is member of a global team of dedicated tax experts and reports to the Head of the Tax Governance and Tax Risk Management unit. The job profile comprises the following topics:

  • Development and implementation of local tax compliance management systems, including organization and operation of trainings
  • Development and support with the implementation of internal tax compliance guidelines, including organization and operation of respective trainings
  • Proactive risk management, particularly by organizing and leading projects aiming the mitigation of risks
  • Monitoring of tax risk reporting processes in the subsidiaries, interface and business partner for other CoE and business partner
  • Preparation of the tax risk reporting to the CoE Global Tax (including risk valuation, organization, communication)
  • Management of the worldwide tax compliance outsourcing
  • Support in management of tax audits worldwide
  • Successfully completed studies in economics or law or as a tax advisor or comparable degree
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in the area of tax compliance management systems, tax risk management or similar experiences with a consulting firm (practicing in the respective area) or a large multinational company
  • Analytic thinking and understanding of complex cases and correlations
  • Teamplayer
  • Confidence, solution-oriented and structured way of working,
  • Distinct communication skills with the capability of managing conflicts
  • English fluent (spoken and written), further language(s) preferable
