PURPOSE AND SCOPE:
The Head of Order To Cash (OTC) Process is accountable for the design, deployment and continuous improvement of Fresenius Medical Care’s End To End OTC process, integrating functional processes across commercial, customer service, supply chain and finance. Designing employee experiences to effectively leverage enterprise digital products for optimal process performance. This position sets and drives required data quality standards and defines required KPIs and analytics to manage the performance of the process.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Be the Global Process leader for the Order To Cash process, within Fresenius Medical Care’s large global matrixed enterprise environment, leading the Business Process Management team.
• Set an ambitious and clear vision for the Order To Cash process and its enabling technology.
• Effectively engage and align the key stakeholders in the definition, performance requirements and required roadmap to achieve targets, including senior executives/leaders within commercial, procurement, logistics, supply chain, and finance functions.
• Evaluate and identify appropriate technology stacks and platforms in partnership with platform owners.
• Enable the OTC governance process to set appropriate strategy, required standards and plans and to monitor performance
• Establish and coach teams on performance, quality and security conventions and standards.
• Define metrics and track qualitative and quantitative value delivered from the Order To Cash process.
• Position requires up to 10% - 15% travel

SUPERVISION:
Responsible for the direct supervision of various levels of employees and/or consultants.

EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field required. Master's Degree preferred.

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS:
• 5+ years in Order To Cash process leadership roles, Supply Chain or Customer Service leadership roles, or system based transformation programs.
• Strong knowledge of customer service, logistics and receivables processes and leading practices in their execution.
• Expertise in process design and process improvement, including lean six sigma methods.
• Depth and breadth understanding of the digital technology space – with the ability to stay current and up-to-date on trends and relevant technologies.
• Strong examples of coaching, facilitating and guiding others – directing, leading, and mentoring others to do the right thing.
• Proven leadership ability with the ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in organization change management – leading organizations and people through change.
