Summary:

In this role, you will implement the organization’s recruitment strategy and direct and manage recruitment activities within Technology, Advanced Analytics and Corporate Support functional areas to ensure the best selection for each role .You will ensure the recruitment process is conducted efficiently, economically and in accordance with the organization's policies and standards. You lead, train, coach and mentor new and developing Talent Acquisition Partners to provide on the job training and real time coaching to develop and strengthen skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates using creative networking, advertising, cold calling, college and intern programs, employee referral program, professional associations, etc.

  • Interview and screen candidates in person and by phone, marketing the company’s employment opportunities and benefits.

  • Negotiate and deliver internal and external offers, prepares offer letters, conducts reference checks, and processes new hire paperwork.

  • Interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization, including handling difficult conversations.

  • Provide recommendations for ways to improve recruiting procedures. Identify and implement sourcing strategies based upon the job position by creatively conducting research and / or utilizing a multitude of resources to assure a talent pipeline.

  • Conduct in-depth screenings and assess potential candidates for level of interest, qualifications, and compensation requirements

  • Drive and manage the candidate journey throughout the selection process to ensure a positive experience

  • Submit qualified candidates to hiring managers based on the provided job description and culture fit.

  • Interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization, including handling difficult conversations.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree preferred.

  • 5 or more years’ relevant experience in Talent Acquisition is required.

  • Experience recruiting for technical roles required.

  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System, Workday preferred.

  • Experience training, coaching and managing teams desired.

  • Ability to apply technical expertise to develop HR tools and processes and make recommendations regarding the human resource structure, resources, and tools across a business unit.

  • Ability to design, implement and monitor a variety of human resource programs, collaborating across HR to prioritize and deliver value-added solutions and plan for long-term human capital needs.

  • Provide guidance when evaluating the impacts of a solution to ensure linkages between structure, people, process, and technology.

  • Willingness to travel.

Estimated Hiring Range:

$88,900.00 - $132,250.00
