Responsibilities

The Affiliation Agreement Coordinator will be
responsible for the oversight and management of all DGSOM affiliation
agreements and MOUs.. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting all
documents and information required for affiliation agreements for
administrative and legal review, ensuring accuracy of all information and all
documents, ensuring timely review in relation to expiration dates, ensuring timely communication with all stakeholders.

You will work affiliation agreements through the process from start to finish,
to ensure timely completion and keeping all stakeholders apprised of the
status. You will address affiliate concerns and
escalate issues when needed to ensure successful relationships. You will also maintain database of information which shows
the status of all agreements in progress and executed documents; responsible
for filing all executed agreements for easy retrieval from the database. and will recommend process
improvements to maximize the quality and efficiency of the process for all
affiliates and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Understanding of or
    willingness to learn about medical education affiliation agreements, including
    LCME and ACGME requirements
  • Ability to set priorities
    among competing demands, with appropriate flexibility to accommodate frequent
    interruptions and adjust priorities
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
    for word processing, spreadsheets, database management, PowerPoint, and ability
    to learn additional software programs, openness to new technology and
    technological solutions.
  • Detail oriented, accurate, prioritize assignments
    effectively, synthesize information quickly and accurately, able to identify
    problems before they happen and propose solutions
  • Ability to read and write
    English with appropriate spelling, grammar and punctuation.

    integrity and honesty
  • Self-starting, self-directed, resourceful, flexible, dependable, proactive, ability to work independently
    within enterprise guidelines, strong time management skills and motivated in
    performing and excelling in all job responsibilities

    attorneys, leadership, and administration, and communicate to all stakeholders
    in a clear and consise manner both verbally and in all written communications.
