The Meta Legal team is seeking a motivated, highly organized, detail-oriented candidate to join the Legal Risk Management organization. We are seeking a team-oriented problem solver with demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining risk frameworks and methodologies. You will support the development of scalable risk frameworks and methodologies and maintain related policy and procedures documentation. You will help ensure appropriate change management processes are in place as methodologies and frameworks evolve, and support risk training for compliance and cross-functional partners. You must be detail-oriented, work well in high pressure situations, be comfortable with ambiguity, have risk experience in a broad spectrum of sectors and across risk domains, and have experience developing presentations for an executive audience. The right candidate must have a strong work ethic, excellent judgment, and exceptional partnering and communication skills. This role will help shape the standardization and centralization of risk frameworks and methodologies in an organization that is highly decentralized across risk. As such, the candidate must be an exceptional communicator and demonstrate the ability to influence without authority and build relationships with diverse teams.

Required SkillsRisk Frameworks and Methods Program Manager Responsibilities:
  • Support the development of scalable risk framework and methodologies, and maintain related policy and procedures documentation
  • Establish and maintain change management and approval processes for methodology and framework updates
  • Partner closely with compliance, audit, and other cross-functional stakeholders to support alignment of risk frameworks and methodologies
  • Contribute to the continuous evolution, scaling, and standardization of risk management programs and best practices, including evolution and updating of frameworks and integrating new partners into shared frameworks and platforms
  • Support the development and facilitation of risk trainings across the organization
  • Ensure alignment with frameworks/methodologies and Governance, Risk and Compliance tooling solutions
  • Support other risk and compliance related activities, including execution of risk assessments, and risk reporting
Minumum QualificationMinimum Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of compliance/audit/risk management experience in a large complex organization
  • Knowledge of risk frameworks and methodologies, including risk identification, risk data aggregation, and risk scoring frameworks
  • Experience developing risk and compliance methodology documentation to meet regulatory standards
  • Experience maintaining policy, procedures, and framework documents, and establishing related change management processes
  • Experience developing presentations for senior executives
Preferred QualificationPreferred Qualifications:
  • Big 4/Consulting firm experience
  • Experience developing and delivering training programs
  • Experience with Governance, Risk and Compliance systems and platforms
  • Experience working across the risk management lifecycle, including risk assessments, controls, issue management, and reporting
  • Highly motivated and proactive, and experience working with minimal supervision to multitask and manage workload to timely completion
