Meta’s Corporate FP&A team is seeking to fill a position with the unique opportunity to gain invaluable experience in the Finance organization and to drive high impact projects with our Enterprise Products partners. In this role, you will gain invaluable experience with visibility into Meta’s business & operations by overseeing high-profile operational and financial systems initiatives, which offer opportunities for broad cross-functional interactions. You will deliver business analytics and insights, contribute meaningfully to business planning and forecasting (including the development of our annual operating budget and multi-year plans) and facilitate the growth of our financial & business planning processes to support an increasingly complex ecosystem.The Financial Planning & Analysis team oversees Meta's headcount, operating expenses and capital investments. We focus on using our unique view into the numbers to see trends and opportunities that are developing within the company as well as across the industry. Successful candidates will be able to take complex financial concepts and models and partner with our dedicated, highly capable EP team to build scalable process and systems solutions. They will have a bias towards action, exceptional partnership and communication skills, and know-how to balance getting the details right while still moving fast.

Required SkillsCorporate FP&A and Financial Systems Manager Responsibilities:
  • Gather, consolidate, and analyze operating and financial results, including preparing internal and external reporting deliverables, analyzing trends & drivers, and explaining forecast vs. actual variances
  • Identify and drive initiatives to continuously improve, automate and scale forecasting and reporting tools/systems and processes
  • Lead the readiness and maintenance of our financial systems
  • Contribute meaningfully to quarterly close, forecast and budget planning cycles, including coordinating with stakeholders and providing corporate inputs
  • Assist with management and Board business and financial planning, including presentations and key analysis requests
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Accounting, IT, and other teams, to drive scalable analyses and insights
  • Assist with ad hoc strategic and operational projects as required
Minumum QualificationMinimum Qualifications:
  • Experience with financial statement analysis and a knowledge of corporate finance concepts
  • Experience with Hyperion Planning/Essbase or equivalent
  • Analytical and modeling skills
  • Experience with Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred QualificationPreferred Qualifications:
  • BA/BS in Business, Finance, Economics, or equivalent
  • 4+ years of finance or financial systems experience
  • Project management experience
  • Experience managing multiple workstreams end-to-end
  • Experience developing frameworks and solutions to high-level questions with limited supervision
  • Detail-oriented and experience in multi-tasking and shifting priorities quickly under pressure and tight deadlines
