Finally, Facebook Feed and Video together contribute a significant portion of Meta’s revenue.This critical finance lead role will provide end-to-end strategic finance leadership across revenue, resource planning, and investments to Facebook Feed and Video. The Finance Manager will lead a team responsible for monetization planning (short, medium, and long-term revenue outlook), and budget management including capital allocation decisions across expenses and headcount. Further, the role will serve as the financial advisor to Facebook Feed and Video Product leads, providing PoVs on key investment and strategy decisions. Finally, this role will be a regular contributor to core Finance deliverables that help shape our narrative internally with Meta’s Finance leadership and externally.The role requires strategic thinking, strong executive communication skills, a deeply analytical mindset, and a bias towards action. Required SkillsFinance Manager, Facebook Feed and Video Responsibilities:
  • Drive end-to-end financial planning across revenue, resource planning, and investments for Facebook Feed and Video. Includes long range planning, in-year budgeting across expenses and headcount, and strategic investments
  • Present monetization outlook and run strategic reviews with stakeholders across Meta and Finance leads
  • Own strategic Finance partnership with Product executives at Meta
  • Build thoughtful resource allocation strategy to drive better investment decisions
  • Manage and build BizOps (monetization-focused) and FP&A (investments-focused) teams
  • Identify and lead initiatives to automate and scale forecasting and reporting tools and methodologies
Minumum QualificationMinimum Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in finance, business strategy, or related field
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Economics, Statistics, Finance, or related discipline
  • Experience working with Product and Engineering teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication skills
  • Experience directly managing and growing teams
  • Self-starter, organized, detail-oriented, and experience operating successfully in the fast pace environment
  • Experience with SQL and Hyperion Essbase
Preferred QualificationPreferred Qualifications:
  • 12+ years of experience in finance, business strategy, or related field
  • Experience synthesizing strategic insights and problem solving individually or in a group setting
  • Strong communication skills with experience building relationships with people at senior-most levels in an organization
