Your Role

You will play an integral role on the Americas Project Blossom Team of setting up the future Go-To-Market organization. Reporting into the Go To Market Blossom Sales Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating the US and Canada vendor set up process for ekaterra by ensuring the sales teams have the information they require to complete the vendor packages and tracking the progress. In addition, you will assist in the setup and implementation of the new TPM system which will involve (but is not limited to) data validation, training, and communication.

Your Key Tasks

  • Coordinate vendor set up process with the US and Canada account Retail and Out-Of-Home (OOH) teams. Ensure all relevant information is consolidated and available to the sales teams to complete customer vendor packages.

  • Tracking and reporting on the vendor set up/EDI progress back to the Project Blossom team

  • Work closely with the GTM (Go To Market) Sales Lead in both US and Canada as well as the central Go To Market systems team to gather and prepare data as needed for the interim and end state TPM (Trade Promotions Management) systems

  • Assist GTM Sales Lead on rolling out end state sales process training for the account teams

  • Provide Project Blossom Country Leads and Project Blossom Regional Project Manager with project status reporting for the Go to Market (GTM) workstream.

  • Ensure all GTM activities related to Project Blossom are on track, raising project issues, risks, conflicts to the GTM Sales Lead.

Stakeholder Management and key interfaces

  • This role is a one – year contract

  • To be fully authorized/empowered about its work and responsibilities

Skills and Experience:

Minimum 3 years of Sales/Customer Development experience in FMCG or relevant industries,

  • Customer and sales account management experience

  • Trade Marketing or Customer Strategy experience an asset

  • Experience in project management and coordination

  • Track record of successful project results

Professional Knowledge / Abilities:

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Ability to perform in an environment of ambiguity and influence decisions

  • Abilty to navigate and rally resources across a matrix structure

  • Analytical thinking, creative problem solving ability

  • Time consciousness, diligence, flexibility and interest to accept more responsibility, able to take initiative and give proper decisions timely
