Demonstrate a high degree of discretion, judgment, flexibility, self-starter, and professionalism to respond to and direct inquiries from company officers, outside attorneys, other utilities, federal administrative agencies, and gas industry trade associations.
Comfortable in managing ambiguity
Using discretion and independent judgment, proactively manage the day to day operations and executive schedules; serve as a liaison to other departments and external clients as needed
Proactively manage and either resolve or appropriately re-route a high volume of emails and calls from internal and external clients
Supports the execution of departmental special projects and initiatives
Coordinate and book Domestic and International travel, and create detailed itineraries
Prepare meeting agendas and materials, including PPT presentations
Submit invoices and expense reimbursements into A/P system
Researches the nature of customer inquiries and works to resolve issues and uses tact and diplomacy to convey resolution to the customer.
Recommends changes/innovative solutions to address problems and improve work guidelines, systems and processes as needed.
Interacts with external audiences to interpret guidelines and procedures and/or to resolve daily problems associated with programs, systems, and services.
High School Diploma/GED; Associated preferred
8+ Years of administrative support experience, preferably at the executive level
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential matters in a professional manner using discretion, judgment, tact, and diplomacy.
Proven ability to use computer software and applications, including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to share, retrieve, and research business information.
Demonstrated ability to establish rapport and effective working relationships with supervisors, peers, and outside contacts.
