Responsibilities

Under minimal supervision, the Sr Coordinator performs a variety of complex administrative duties to support the Field Operations Organization. Provides key administrative support to the department head and staff to ensure the department is functioning efficiently.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Investigates problems using established company or departmental policies and practices to determine method of research, data and information requirements and analysis techniques. Compiles, analyzes and maintains data. Prepares reports and documents in a proficient manner while verifying accuracy of content and adherence to company policies and procedures. Reviews data to identify basic trends and analysis. Reports findings to supervisor for action.
  • Researches and obtains information for various reports and special assignments. Responsible for organizing and maintaining confidential files and completing project oriented tasks in a timely and efficient manner ensuring adherence to company guidelines. Creates and maintains logs, records and files.
  • May schedule and conduct meetings, answer incoming telephone calls, which may include customer calls, and routes calls to appropriate persons and/or departments. May solve customer problems.
  • Utilizes various PC software packages such as spreadsheets, word processing, and graphics to produce high quality reports, presentations, or other documents.
  • Participates in more complex projects and performs other duties as assigned by team leader
  • Steer and develop projects and operational platforms to enhance communication and processes within the Field Operations Organization
  • Manage detailed project plans used to drive successful project completion. Including gathering detailed business requirements, process requirements, establishing definitions and gaining approval
  • Maintain, track and adhere to all business SLAs in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction and business goals
  • Provides key administrative support to the department head and staff to ensure the department is functioning efficiently.
Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma.
  • Ability to perform mathematical calculations.
  • Three (3) or more years of clerical or administrative experience.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient knowledge, with proven experience, of Microsoft Office applications, Oracle and other departmental applications such as Cabledata, [Register to View] Brass Ring, etc.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
  • Ability to maintain highest degree of confidentiality and diplomacy.
  • Must be flexible to work outside of normal work hours on short notice.
