Responsibilities

Cheddar is looking for a hard working, strategic & paid social media specialist to distribute our content. This entails distribution across our main social channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube & Tiktok), using audience targeting tactics and optimizations. You will focus on driving reach & engagement for both our Cheddar growth initiatives along with branded programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely and aid the Paid Social Manager
  • Create, monitor and optimize paid social acquisition campaigns across our primary social channels
  • Partner with marketing, growth, and client services to identify and manage campaigns towards program goals
  • Manage and execute co-branded campaigns that ladder up to overall client goals
  • Grow audiences using strategic paid tactics
  • Analyze and report on key performance metrics - weekly and monthly reporting
  • Create insights and recommendations to help inform content / programming / channel
  • Maintain benchmarks, best practice guidelines, and communications to educate tangential teams
  • Identify opportunities to test and learn to improve performance
Qualifications
  • Experience in paid social process, planning, campaign setup, optimization & reporting
  • Experience using Google Analytics or similar analytics platform
  • Experience with the major social platforms, ad networks, or DSPs
  • Passionate about data and trending, understanding the quantitative process for performance marketing analysis
  • Strong communication style allowing for strong relationships with teams and partners. Ability to effectively communicate progress, issues and resolutions to various business units.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
