Position Summary

Elida Beauty markets a wide portfolio of personal care products across global markets with a turnover of €600M. The consumer safety of our products is our highest priority. Compliance includes Product Information Files being maintained and made accessible for inspection, safety data sheets prepared and translated as needed, and REACH requirements for UK and EU satisfied. Your engagement with our products extends beyond regulatory and safety to cover other business-critical aspects.

Role Accountabilities

You will work with internal stakeholders across the group to maintain high standards in regard to policies, processes, programmes and culture throughout the group.

  • Developing effective monitoring and reporting processes.
  • Developing, collating and disseminating performance reports, effectively maintaining reporting systems.
  • Developing and improving our current reporting and performance management systems.
  • Undertaking data analysis and research to support continuous improvement.
  • use links to professional, trade associations, NGOs, third parties and online resources to monitor and anticipate PR issues, consumer concerns and environmental impacts to be able take pre-emptive action to align our portfolio and claims to minimise business risk
  • track material volumes and compliance to REACH regulations

Critical Competencies

-degree or equivalent in a relevant scientific discipline

-track record of successful delivery in a compliance role in personal care or FMCG

-comfortable with data handling and analysis and creative in ways of driving value from data created within team
