Department OverviewReporting to the Manager, Customer Order Management, you will facilitate the order management process including order entry, operations fulfillment and shipping. Key responsibility will be to drive solution-oriented decisions, collaborating closely with cross-functional business partners (both internal and external) to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. You will be working closely with the Business Operations Specialist team to ensure that commitments given to customers are accurate and on time. You will contribute to the company’s overall order management strategy to help ensure we have a seamless and efficient end to end process.
Job Description

Providing excellent customer service to our customers and Sales team;

Accurate entry of orders, returns and other data into ERP system;

Providing returns order status information to customers;

Communicating order changes in a timely and professional manner;

Providing basic technical product information

Supporting customer service related requests

Following established processes and procedures for order processing

Support more experienced team members with daily tasks

Basic Requirements

Excellent Business English and communication skills

Willingness to work in a mixed-shift approach

Self-motivated, with an aptitude for customer satisfaction

Detail oriented, organized and a strong multi-tasker

Ability to work well under pressure

Collaborative, likes to work in teams

Good Problem Solving Skills


Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

University degree (bachelor of business administration / master) or in progress
