TITLE: IT Business Relationship Manager

LOCATION: Wilmington, DE

HOURS: 40 hrs/week; Mon – Fri 9am-5pm

DUTIES: Develop scalable, resilient, innovative and secure technology solutions to provide competitive advantage. Build strong strategic relationships with complex customer groups and senior stakeholders, while developing a deep understanding of short-term and long-term business directions. Assess and prioritize business requirements to develop IT solutions. Translate business needs into technical requirements to build user interfaces, applications and data processing pipelines. Architect, design and develop reusable Common Module Frameworks, Audit control, Data Reconciliation dashboards and error reporting for applications. Research emerging technologies including machine learning, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, Big Data, and business rules engine for relevance to the business function. Present and gain commitment to IT initiatives to established or new IT services. Develop and maintain a technology roadmap for building new and migrating applications from legacy to Cloud Systems and decommissioning old systems. Develop detailed cost estimates for implementations of new technology. Lead high-level investigations on requirements specifications and feasibility studies, developing a range of solution options aligned to business and IT strategy. Lead technical teams across the globe to deliver applications and to ensure continued operations without disruptions. Provide leadership to IT application maintenance teams to improve and maintain service per business expectations. Lead the technical engagement with countries’ local IT teams to understand country specific systems, business rules, and data integrations. Develop data integration design and migration strategy to onboard new markets/countries to the application. Manage the agile project backlog for the development teams to ensure the highest value items are delivered first. Work with the business team to create the account plans including the forecasts and demands and work with cross-functional team to develop detailed demand plans for effective delivery.

REQUIREMENTS: Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology or a related field plus five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the position offered, as an Associate, Programmer Analyst or a related position. Must have five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in each of the following: BigData, including Spark, Scala, Hive, Impala, Scoop, HDFS, and Yarn; Cloud Technologies AWS, including EC2, S3, EMR, ECS, IAM, VPC, Auto Scaling, Load balancing, Red shift, Lamda, RDS, and CloudWatch; ETL tools, including Informatica; Business Intelligence tools, including Microstrategy, Qliksense, and Business Objects; Databases including Oracle and SQL server; Data modeling including Erwin and IDERA; Programming languages including Python and Scala language; UNIX shell scripting to design and develop common module frameworks, audit controls, data pipelines, reconciliation dashboards and error reporting; Finance and Commercial applications, including SAP HANA BW, Concur, Veeva, Reltio, Viewpoint, and Master Data Management; Global Payment Transparency Reporting, including US Open Payments Sunshine Reporting to ensure timely reporting of transparency data to regulatory authorities per the requirements of each market and country.
