Job Description
You will play a critical part of the Strategic Planning & Delivery Management team in PBM Marketing operations. Marketing Operations drives operational efficiency and excellence in execution by building, using, and monitoring tools that improve the way that Marketing organization works. The team is comprised of enthusiastic change agents that build strategies and solutions to better allow agility and progress, which leads to an enhanced ability to connect with people in motivating ways.

This newly formed exciting role will manage the process design and optimization for PBM Marketing. You will lead efforts to determine a methodology to review process opportunities, collaboratively design enhanced processes, gains cross functional buy-in at all levels, develop documentation & operating instructions, creates change management/training/communication plans, creates methods to ensure ongoing governance and implements new processes across functions as well as optimizes existing processes. Additionally, you will be able to guide, influence and drive a cross functional team of partners (creative team, marketing strategists, operations, product, sales, account management, IT, digital etc.) on improving and monitoring processes to gain/maintain efficiencies while reducing cost, reducing cycle times, and improving cross-team goals and effectiveness. This role will help solve large impact business problems through helping make fact-based decisions, increase operational efficiencies while building the most modern process that support effective and sustainable growth and speed. This person must be conceptual, practical, and logical as well as be able to execute on concepts to implement new processes.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead and participate in the development of a methodology and accompanying "playbook" to determine, vet, train & implement new processes or existing process enhancements, using lean & six sigma and frameworks
• Develop a process roadmap, including maintenance and prioritization of process opportunity efforts for the team as an output of annual planning
• Innovator in the space bringing forth tools, technology, and proven process methodologies to drive the business
• Implement process into digital current workflow tools (Workfront)
• Lead the team in developing a fact-based, data-driven measurements of workload performance (operational metrics) to ensure adherence and execution.
• Lead conversations with Sr. Management to gain organizational understanding on opportunist areas of focus to have the largest impact on the business
• Impact and influence leaders on the importance of process development, education, and ongoing adherence; operational excellence

Required Qualifications
• 8+ years of experience in developing, enhancing, optimizing, and automating business processes
• Experience automating processes in tracking tools, such as Workfront

Preferred Qualifications
• Familiarity with MRM solutions and progress within the marketing ops space
• Enhanced capability to improve and influence at all levels of the organization
• Focused on professional development and improvement
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Visio and Microsoft Project
• Certified in Lean, Six Sigma or Agile
• Develop process KPIs
• Strong project/program management, interpersonal, communication, influencing, documentation and negotiation skills
• Experience working in creative marketing agencies or marketing organizations – understands marketing needs, workflow and skillsets
• Strategic thinker and creative problem solver always looking for most optimal solution
• Master’s degree preferred
